Royal Orchid International Golf Club is the first course in China to be design by Nick Faldo and so it presented the legendary English golfer with the opportunity to showcase his course design skills. The site is located on typical flat land found alongside the estuary of the Pearl River and so Faldo team were confronted with a big Challenge to turn this into an interesting and attractive layout.
