新加坡濱海灣高爾夫俱樂部由南非設計師菲爾·雅各布斯(Phil Jacobs)操刀，南非的凡考特林克斯球場(The Links at Fancourt)和印尼民丹島樂雅高爾夫俱樂部(Ria Bintan)也是出自他之手。
亞洲出色的林克斯球場為數不多，濱海灣就是其中之一。球道全長6542碼，標準桿72桿，全場有91個大小深淺各不相同的沙坑，富有趣味但危險重重。每個洞的長度不一，多處起伏地勢，在數小數的高爾夫體驗中，為球手帶來滿滿的挑戰和樂趣。具有代表性的是3桿洞13號洞，伴有島式果嶺設計。
除此之外，濱海灣還是新加坡獨有的幾家開放夜場的球場之一。而新加坡最大的高爾夫練習場之一也在濱海灣。
