The course is strategically laid out with cleverly placed palm trees, pine forests, and ponds, making it fun for everyone from beginners to experts. Due to the flat terrain, it is easy for beginners to score well. The gentle sea breeze characteristic of the seaside creates a cosy space. The erratic wind sometimes shows its face and it will haunt and entertain players by adding strength and weakness to the follow-up and opposition courses.
