Course Introduction

The course is wide and deep, and this is Hokkaido Golf. The Shibetsu Golf & Country Club is a hilly, 6,700-yard, 18-hole, par 72 golf course. The 1st hole is downhill with the fairway sloping to the right and the fairway sloping to the left, the 2nd hole is over a lake, and the 9th hole, in the woods, is uphill and over a lake. The tee boxes are deep, hence the narrow sewers. The infield was built later, but still has uphill and downhill holes with plenty of variation. Letting your body submit to nature and enjoy playing in it is the real excitement of the Shibuya Gaikokai Country Club.
