Wailua Golf Course

Wailua Golf Course offers classic Golden Age seaside golf holes just steps from the Pacific Ocean and is an excellent walking course on Kauai. Originally built as a 9-hole course in the 1930s and expanded to 18 holes in 1961, the Wailua Golf Course has hosted three U.S. Amateur Golf Association Championships and three U.S. Public Links Championships. Considered one of the top municipal courses in the United States, the course was designed by Yutaka Shirai and is highlighted by breathtaking mountain views along the Coconut Coast and several ocean view holes, all of which contribute to a great golf experience at Wailua.
