Mauna Lani Golf North Course

The Monalani North Course, like the South Course, is a world-renowned course. Compared to the South Course, the North Course is more challenging and requires a higher level of golfing skill. The course is beautifully landscaped, gently undulating and makes good use of the natural undulations and is dotted with untouched forests. Built on lava fields, the North Course is a rugged course featuring the Kiawah Forest. North's signature hole is the par-3, 140-yard 17th, which features a high tee box and a Roman-ring shaped green, making it a perfect golf course popular as a photo spot. With five tee positions on most holes, it offers golfers a variety of options depending on their desire for a challenge. The undulating holes to the north contrast with the 18th hole to the south due to the Kiawah trees and terrain that wind around the edges of the fairways. Some holes run along the ocean and are sometimes clogged by ponds along the way.
