Nakatsugawa Country Club

A strategically rich course with uphill bunkers, downhill bunkers, doglegs and over-the-pond bunkers, built on gently undulating terrain. The front 9, back 9 and west course, totalling 27 holes, all have different personalities and require more accuracy than long shots. The first half of the course has a particular character, with the 3rd being a dogleg right and the 4th a short par 3 with a downhill lie, making the distance difficult to manage. The second half is less undulating and looks easy, but the mounds on the course add to the strategy. The West Course has a large drop in elevation and is a different kind of fun to the other 2 courses.
