Evergreen Hills Golf Club

One of a collection of park land courses in this region of Thailand, Evergreen Hills is frequented by many locals and expatriates but visitors are also made welcome and it’s certainly worth making the trip.

With the jungle setting in the background, Evergreen Hills golf course is framed by mature woodland and the recent addition of palm trees and other local varieties, close to the fairways and greens, also helps to frame and visually narrow each hole on the course.

Evergreen Hills Golf Club and Resort is set in a natural and peaceful environment and is prefect for those looking to play their golf in a more remote area of the country.  The backdrop to the golf courses makes for some excellent views throughout a round and the impressive jungle-clad hills, certainly capture the attention.

There are elevation changes around the 18 holes, although nothing dramatic and water only plays a small part during a round.  The 6th 16th and 17th holes are the most challenging in terms of water hazards, with the 16th boasting an island green.  The greens themselves, can feature steep slopes, so attention to detail is the key when playing approach shots.  Powerful hitting is not enough for a good score at Evergreen Hills, where accurate play is rewarded.
