The Vines Golf Club of Reynella

The course is a picture-perfect picture of lush, tree-lined, carpeted Santa Ana Coogee fairways and gently undulating, fast-paced, pure Bentgrass greens. The course is surrounded on three sides by native bush reserves and in this tranquil setting it is hard to imagine being only 30 minutes from Adelaide city centre.

The undulating and varied fairways and rolling fairways will hone the game. Good golfers will be rewarded for adjusting their shots on certain holes, and everyone's short game will be put to the test when they miss the green, with chipping skills and imagination on full display. A driver is not a given on every hole; instead, golfers must make strategic choices and then execute their chosen shot to be rewarded.

The layout complements the natural surroundings rather than being out of place, providing golfers and nature lovers alike with an equal degree of visual enjoyment.

Water features and a host of majestic mature trees, including the majestic century-old red eucalyptus, provide visitors with a feast for the senses. The nesting boxes support an abundance of birdlife, with the colourful Adelaide Roseate Parrots and Eastern Roseate Parrots being particularly striking. A flock of tan-coloured coiled-billed scops owls visit each year, while lovely blue wrens are a common sight.
