Course Introduction
A parkland course in a tranquil setting between the Coli River and the Les Cheneaux Estuary. The course is heavily wooded and the greens are undulating and challenging. The course is beautifully laid out, with lush fairways, staggered holes and a natural setting that provides an exceptional experience for golfers of all levels.
The course consists of two nines, each of which begins with a par 3. The course is set on well-drained, sandy coastal soils and offers a wide variety of hole shapes. All of the shorter holes are downhill - the 136-yard tenth has an elevation change of more than 100 feet - and many of the par-4s dogleg left or right between tee and green.
Many first-time golfers will be caught off-guard by the two difficult par 4s on Nos. 14 and 15, both of which measure more than 430 yards. The holes are aptly timed at par 3 and par 1, respectively, and they were originally designed to catch off-guard golfers who were hell-bent on getting a good rest on the 19th hole.
