Course Introduction

Designed by Bruce Devlin and Robert von Hagge in the early 1970s, the 18-hole layout features six par 3s, six par 4s, and six par 5s, with no consecutive pars of the same score. This layout adds to the course's unique character.

The championship-level layout is set against the backdrop of the Kunim Mountains, interspersed with native vegetation, tidal lakes, and rivers. This spectacular golf course captures the picturesque beauty of northern New South Wales.

A key feature of the course is its large greens, abundantly protected by bunkers. Comprised of two nines, each nine begins at the clubhouse and gradually descends to lower ground, returning to higher ground on holes 9 and 18. The front nine is relatively open and meanders around several striking water hazards, while the tree-lined back nine is longer (and more challenging).
