Course Introduction
The Graham Marsh-designed 72-par championship golf course is nestled in the scenic Nepean Valley, just 45 minutes west of Sydney's central business district, on 800 acres of bushland.
The course was designed with the spectacular countryside in mind, offering challenges for serious players and delights for the purist golfer, creating a visually stunning and tranquil golfing experience.
The club's most striking feature is the size and shape of the bunkers—many of which are enormous and ubiquitous. Standing on the first tee, the sight of so much sand on the fairway can be daunting, but golfers should be aware from the outset that if they stray from their path, they'll be spending significant time raking the sand.
The par-3 sixth hole is one of the most spectacular holes on the front nine. From the back marker, it's a beast, navigating through the woods to reach the green, which faces a creek. In the first half, the 15th is a tight par 5 through the woods, followed by three more challenging holes with water either in the fairway or alongside the green.
