Coomealla Golf Club

The Coomera Golf Club course sits on the banks of the winding Murray River, with several holes bordered by the river's out-of-bounds areas. The course also features a rather enticing par-3, the 18th hole, which caps the game perfectly.

The layout stretches 6,100 meters from the back tees. The par is 72, and the tree-lined holes are designed as two par-9 loops. While the river flows through the course, it has no impact on the strategy, and even the irrigation lake in the northeast corner remains uninterrupted—in fact, there are no water hazards at Coomera.

Highlight holes on this very narrow course include the short par-4 6th hole (which curves slightly to the right from the tee to the target); the 475-meter 8th hole, which runs along the river; the back-to-back par-5s of the 12th and 13th holes; and the short par-3 finishing hole, which leads to the home green surrounded by four bunkers.
