Course Introduction

This is the first hill course opened in Iwate Prefecture, rich in history and tradition. The “Out” course is separated by abundant natural forests of pines and cedars, with gentle undulations and straightforward holes. The fairways are wide, allowing players to enjoy bold long drives. The “In” course shows a different character, offering tricky holes with many uphill and downhill shots. Although the fairways are slightly narrower, accurate shots to key points make scoring easier. The greens are among the fastest in the prefecture, boasting exceptional speed. It is a course where you can fully enjoy the great nature of the Niiyama Highlands, and if you are lucky, you may even encounter a Japanese serow!
