Course Introduction

Opened on April 23, 1986, Gifu Inaguchi Golf Club is a hilly-type golf course designed by the renowned Shunsuke Kato. With two bentgrass greens, it offers excellent playing conditions throughout the year. Located in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, it is about 50 minutes by car from central Nagoya and only 5 minutes from the Tokai-Hokuriku Expressway Seki IC. By train, it is about 20 minutes by taxi from Meitetsu Inuyama Line Shin-Unuma Station.

Among its 18 holes, the signature ones are the scenic No. 2, the valley-crossing No. 4, and the water-involved left dogleg No. 13. Hole 2 is a nearly straight par 4, but the fairway narrows before the green, with a pond and a downhill trap in front of the A green, requiring careful play. Hole 4 is a par 5 with a valley 190 yards away, demanding a club selection that extends distance close to the valley, aiming right for a successful tee shot. Hole 13 is a par 4 where accuracy is key, targeting slightly right of the forest along the pond. Long hitters can even reach with a 3-wood.
