About reservation:

1. How long in advance do I need to make a reservation?

Shandong golf courses generally require reservations one day in advance. Most golf courses do not support same-day reservations. Same-day reservations are charged at the front desk visitor price. Popular golf courses (such as Kumho Asiana, etc.) are recommended to be booked at least one week in advance, and other golf courses are recommended to be booked 3 days in advance.

2. How to pay for golf fees? Does the golf course support foreign credit cards?

Golf playing fees: You can pay through the BaiGolf app or the web page, and international credit cards are supported.

Tips for caddies and other personal expenses: need to be paid on the golf course. Tips are usually paid in cash or transferred to the caddy's personal account through WeChat or Alipay. Consumption at the golf course (eating, buying golf supplies, bicycle fare, etc.) needs to be paid at the front desk of the golf course. Most golf courses support international credit cards.

3. Is there a pick-up service from the airport to the golf course, or from the high-speed rail station to the golf course?

Pick-up service is generally not included. You can take a taxi to the golf course or rent a car in advance through BaiGolf.

Golf travel packages include pick-up and drop-off. Single-course bookings generally do not have pick-up and drop-off services.

4. Does the golf course have caddies who can speak Korean or English? Do caddies need to be tipped? What is the tipping standard?

Weihai Kumho Asiana caddies basically speak simple Korean. If you need a caddy who is proficient in Korean at Weigao Golf Course, you need to order a caddy in advance, and an additional 100 yuan per person will be charged.

You need to tip the caddy at every golf course. In Shandong, it is generally 100 yuan. In most parts of China, it is generally recommended that caddies pay 200 yuan for one-to-one service and 300 yuan for one-to-two service. In peak season, it may be 1 to 4, but tips are paid by each player separately. (For reference only, the specific charges are subject to on-site charges)

Recommended translation apps:

Naver Papago, compared with Google Translate, it can translate Korean more accurately. The software also has text, voice, dialogue, and image translation functions. If you encounter a menu or road sign that you don't understand, just take a photo and upload it for quick translation.

5. Where to play golf in Shandong for the first time

Shandong golf courses cover different types of golf courses, such as coastal golf courses, mountain golf courses, wetland golf courses, and plain golf courses.

Weihai recommended golf courses:

The first recommendation is of course Asiana Weihai CC & Resort（Weihai Point Golf Resort）, a must-play golf course in Shandong. This is the only mountain golf course in Asia with sea views in every hole. It is as beautiful as a fairyland on earth, with the sea and sky in one color, and it is very enjoyable. Many holes are along the cliffs by the sea, and the wind is strong, so it is easy to lose the ball. Many Koreans come here to play golf, and there are automatic golf carts. Wego Hot Spring Golf Club, this course is easier to score, and the fairways are well maintained. Another biggest feature is that there are hot springs, and Korean food is also authentic! Now the cherry blossoms are blooming, especially beautiful!

Recommended golf courses in Qingdao:

Qingdao International Golf Club, an old golf course in Qingdao, is the most popular. It is known as the most beautiful golf course in Qingdao. Junding Golf Club, a relatively simple golf course, not very challenging. High cost performance!

Yantai Foguang Golf Course, a mountain golf course, has a large drop in the fairway and a narrow fairway. It is worthy of being the most difficult golf course in Shandong. It is really "Buddha's light, Buddha's light, and balls". You must bring enough balls when you come here.

6. How long does a round of golf last? Does the golf cart have a bicycle difference?

When playing golf, follow the principle of walking fast and playing slowly. The time to find the ball should not exceed 3 minutes. Under normal circumstances, the normal playing time for completing 18 holes is 4 hours and 15 minutes. Players should maintain a reasonable playing speed. If the subsequent group has fewer people or plays faster, they should let the subsequent group pass first.

The golf cart difference varies according to the club price, and the club pays it on site. Please read the rules under the golf course reservation page for detailed charges. When the number of people booked is an odd number, the bicycle difference needs to be paid. If the number of groups on site is an even number, no supplement is required.

7. Does the golf course have a club restaurant? What is the consumption standard?

The golf course generally has a restaurant, and the price of a single item is about 30 to 80 yuan (5,600 to 15,000 won). Kumho breakfast is standard Korean, and many golf course restaurants also provide traditional Korean food: spicy beef soup, seafood pancakes, kimchi pancakes. Korean pork belly, soybean paste soup, oxtail soup, etc.

It is worth mentioning that Shidao Bay was once rated as a Chinese golf gourmet club, and its Shandong cuisine and seafood are very famous.

8. Can you rent clubs at the golf course? Can you send and receive golf bags?

You can rent clubs at any golf course, and the price is between RMB 200 and 500. For details, please refer to the additional information column of the golf course on the BaiGolf website or APP. You can send and receive golf bags, and you need to contact BaiGolf customer service in advance to obtain the delivery information.

About cancellation:

1. How long in advance should you cancel a single golf course and a package?

Packages can generally be changed one week in advance. If you buy a package at a special discount, cancellation is not supported after the reservation is successful. Single golf is generally canceled at least 24 hours in advance on weekdays and 48 hours in advance on holidays.

2. Can I apply for special cancellation due to weather reasons on the day?

① If the golf course is not closed due to weather reasons and is open for business as usual, and the guest decides to give up playing golf, cancellation is not supported. Cancellation will be charged a fine of different amounts depending on the golf course policy.

② If the course is closed due to weather reasons (such as lightning and thunder), you can negotiate with the course to apply for free cancellation, and the specific details will be subject to the final reply of the course.

1. Can I use Didi Taxi?

You can use Didi Taxi. Generally, it is easier to get a taxi in the city or hotel, but some courses are relatively remote. It is recommended to make an appointment in advance to avoid delaying the trip.

2. Can you arrange a pick-up from the hotel to the course?
