SIAM Country Club is the largest and most prestigious golf course in Thailand, with four golf courses (Old Brand, Lakeside, Cotton Mountain and Plantation). Since 2007, the Honda LPGA Thailand, one of the official events of the Women's Professional Golf Association of the United States, has been held at this course every February.

Today we will introduce the Siam Country Club-Plantation Course, a top luxury golf course in Thailand, which opened in 2008. It is one of the most popular courses in Siam Country Club and is a very complete course.

The excitement of playing on the vast field in the Rayong area is something that cannot be experienced anywhere else near Bangkok. This is one of the courses you must try when you come to Thailand. Although each course has the same name, Siam Country Course, the location of the entrance is completely different.

The golf course is only 2 hours east of downtown Bangkok, which seems far away, but for people living in Sriracha and Rayong, the course is very close to them (about 30 minutes by car) and very convenient. The course is so famous that locals call it "Siam Country" when they are having fun. The staff here are warm and hospitable, and the quality of the course is also praised.

Course Features

The characteristic of Siam Country Golf Course is the fast green speed.

The greens of the old courses seem to be the most difficult to play, but the greens of the plantation courses are also very difficult to play. This course is a new course and the trees have not grown yet, but the greens are mostly narrow and have large ups and downs, so accurate playing skills are required.

This 27-hole course consists of three different courses, each with nine holes. No matter which course you play, the fairway length from the regular white tees is about 6,000 yards, but it feels longer than the numbers indicate.
