How are BaiGolf prices calculated?

The final price includes your points, membership level, coupons/promotional vouchers, etc. Using these benefits may result in changes to the price after coupons are applied to some courses.

After order completion, you may receive coupons or points back depending on the course's policy.

How to earn points?

① Earn points for booking a round of golf: You will earn points for each fully prepaid golf course booking. The point amount varies for each course; please check the corresponding points policy when placing your order.

② Earn points by reviewing courses: Earn points by sharing your experience with fellow golfers. Longer reviews with pictures and text earn even more points!

③ Earn points through other methods: Join interest groups and complete a certain number of interactions and questions daily to earn points.

BaiGolf Membership

BaiGolf’s membership system includes 6 levels, determined by a growth value. The higher the growth value, the higher the level and the more benefits you enjoy. Growth value is calculated based on your order spending in your BaiGolf personal account.

You can view all coupons and promotional vouchers in the Member Center - Coupons section. Please pay attention to the expiration date of your coupons/promotional vouchers to avoid them becoming unusable.

Other Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why is the total price not equal to the unit price multiplied by the number of people when booking for one or more people?

Because the maximum discount is achieved through points, membership levels, and vouchers/promotional coupons. Points can only be used once, therefore the best price is only applicable to bookings of one person. For more than one person, there are no points to use for discounts, and the price must be paid at the original price.

2. Why is the price displayed different each time I book the same court?

Because points accumulate with each booking, membership levels, and vouchers/promotional coupons change, resulting in different discount amounts each time, and thus different final prices.

3. Why is the price I see different from the price my friends see?

Because each customer has a different number of points, membership level, and vouchers/promotional coupons, the best available price seen by each customer is different.

4. Why are the discount amounts different for each court even with the same number of points?

Due to differences in pricing policies among different golf courses, the maximum number of points that can be used varies, therefore the discount you receive will differ.

5. How are points converted? What is the maximum amount of money that can be offset with points each time? Are there any minimum points requirements for each offset?

1000 points can offset 10 RMB (1.45 USD), with a maximum offset of 100 RMB (14.5 USD). There is no minimum point requirement for offsetting fees; you can use as little as 1 point.
