Eumseong Rainbow Hills Country Club
Designed by RTJ Jr., one of the world's top golf course designers.
Amazing scenery dotted with waterfalls and lakes.
Everything about the course is undeniably first-rate. Spanning 820 acres, the fairways are paved with Kentucky's finest bluegrass, while the rough is planted with fescue. The South and East Loops form an optimal layout, although the West Loop at Rainbow Hills is equally impressive.

Located at an elevation of approximately 2,200 feet, the East Loop features dramatic undulations and a distinctly mountainous character. The South Loop, on the other hand, is wider, longer, and much gentler.

The clubhouse was meticulously designed with the utmost care and passion in mind, catering to the most distinguished guests. Here you can immerse yourself in nature, meet like-minded friends, and enjoy a comprehensive and relaxed experience in an elegant and tranquil atmosphere.

Fairway Map & Guide
EAST COURSE
Hole 1: Requires a powerful, long drive; irons are recommended.

Hole 2: The green is difficult to see due to a bunker in front. Also, due to the high elevation of the hole, please consider wind direction when teeing off.

Hole 3: A landmark hole with a 60-meter elevation difference between the tee and the fairway.

Hole 4: Try a powerful, long drive to clear the bunkers and hazards, ensuring a shorter second shot for a birdie. Aim for the right side of the green.

Hole 5: A challenging hole involving cascading lakes and waterfalls.

Hole 6: A steep uphill hole; aim for the right side of the fairway bunker.

Hole 7: A double dogleg, with the fairway curving left and right. The colorful wildflowers near the tee are impressive.

Hole 8: A slightly uphill hole; given the steep slope on the left side of the green, aiming to the right is more advantageous.

Hole 9: Since the second shot needs to clear the water hazard in front of the green, aiming to the right is a safer choice.

SOUTH COURSE
Hole 1: The first shot clears the steep slope between the rocks and the bunker on the left. After aiming the second shot to the right of the left fairway bunker, depending on the hole's position, the third shot can attempt a downhill approach to the green for a birdie.

Hole 2: Aim for the center of the right fairway. When approaching the green, you need enough distance to clear the bunker in front of the green.

Hole 3: Be aware of the steep slope that forms from the green down to the lake on the left.

Hole 4: Aim for the left side of the fairway to create a favorable position for the second shot. Also, enjoy the magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and the horizon.

Hole 5: Uphill dogleg. Aim for the center of the fairway, avoiding the obstacle behind the fairway bunker on the left.

Hole 6: A relatively easy par 3. Watch out for the deep bunker in front of the green.

Hole 7: The longest par 5 on the course. Drive boldly to the right of the fairway to ensure your second shot reaches the green.

Hole 8: Uphill dogleg. Aim for the center of the fairway to the left of the bunker. Be aware of the bunker in front of the green on your second shot.

Hole 9: Offers beautiful views of the clubhouse.

WEST COURSE
Hole 1: When using the right green, aim for the fairway bunker; when using the left green, aim for the left edge of the fairway bunker.

Hole 2: Features unique and distinctive granite on the right side of the hole.

Hole 3: Surrounded by beautiful granite layers and bunkers.

Hole 4: A steep downhill dogleg on the left. Aggressive players are advised to hit over the bunker to the right of the left rock, while conservative players should aim for the wide landing area to the right of the fairway bunker.

Hole 5: Tee off in the middle of the hilltop fairway. Use the positions of the two greens to determine your aiming point for the next swing.

Hole 6: Two holes on the course, situated on a large green extending from left to right.

Hole 7: The hole is located high up, so traversing the steep slope below the tee box next to the fairway could potentially allow for a one-shot approach shot to the green.

Hole 8: An uphill dogleg to the right. Aim for the left side of the lake on the right.

Hole 9: Aim for the right side of the fairway on the tee shot, and aim for the green adjacent to the water hazard on the second shot.
