4. For any cancellations and changes, please inform us at least 30 days in advance. Otherwise, the club will request some payment deduction as penalty charges. To ensure a smooth booking procedure, BaiGolf requires a full payment upon reservation confirmation. For any refund incurred after payment completion, we will refund the money after deducting the actual expenses incurred.
