Prepaid Card Regulations of Guangzhou BaiRongGao Business Service Co., Ltd. (2018 Version)
In these regulations, "BaiGolf" and "BaiGolf Golf" are both abbreviated references to Guangzhou BaiRongGao Business Service Co., Ltd.
Article 1 The prepaid value of one unit within a BaiGolf prepaid card is equivalent to one Renminbi (RMB) yuan.
Article 2 BaiGolf prepaid cards must be activated and associated with a BaiGolf member account before use.
Article 3 BaiGolf prepaid cards can be used to pay for product orders on the BaiGolf.com website or BaiGolf App, including bookable golf courses and golf packages (e.g., rounds + accommodations) that support online payment.
Article 4 Once activated and associated with a BaiGolf member account, BaiGolf prepaid cards can be used for multiple transactions within their validity period. Except for designated privilege courses, other products have no spending limits, user restrictions, or usage frequency limits.
Article 5 When booking a product, multiple BaiGolf prepaid cards can be activated under the same BaiGolf member account, and their balances can be combined for payment. Balances from different BaiGolf member accounts cannot be combined.
Article 6 The validity period of BaiGolf prepaid cards sold for commercial purposes begins on the date of issuance.
Article 7 A transaction password must be set when activating a BaiGolf prepaid card for a BaiGolf member account. Customers may modify this password themselves.
Article 8 Once sold, the scope of use for a BaiGolf prepaid card cannot be altered. Cards are non-combinable, non-replaceable if lost, and non-convertible to cash.
Article 9 For payments made using a BaiGolf prepaid card, invoices will be issued based on the paid portion. If an invoice is required at the time of card purchase, a separate application must be made, and applicable taxes will be added.
Article 10 Prepaid card transaction details can be queried online.
Article 11 For orders paid with BaiGolf prepaid cards, the policies and regulations regarding order modifications are the same as for other payment methods.
Article 12 Please safeguard sensitive information such as your card number and password. You are responsible for any account losses resulting from the loss of such sensitive information.
Article 13 Any individual with full civil capacity who voluntarily agrees to abide by these regulations may purchase BaiGolf prepaid cards by presenting valid identification through the BaiGolf prepaid card online sales platform (club.baigolf.com) or by contacting the BaiGolf sales department. Valid organizational identification refers to documents issued by authorized government agencies that verify the organization's true identity, including but not limited to business licenses, institutional legal person certificates, tax registration certificates, organization code certificates, as well as valid identification documents for legal representatives and authorized personnel. Valid personal identification includes: resident ID cards, military ID cards, passports, travel permits, and other valid documents that comply with laws, administrative regulations, and relevant national regulations. Organizational purchases must be handled by an employee of the organization, providing information and documentation meeting PBOC requirements for the purchasing organization and the handling personnel.
Article 14 Purchasers of BaiGolf prepaid cards should complete a "Registration Form," and BaiGolf will conduct registration as required.
Article 15 Non-cayment issuance applies to prepaid card purchases exceeding certain amounts. For organizational single purchases of RMB 50,000 (inclusive) or more, or individual single purchases of RMB 5,000 (inclusive) or more, cash cannot be used; payment must be made via bank transfer, including checks, drafts, remittances, online banking transfers, etc.
Article 16 For offline purchases paid via methods like checks or remittances, BaiGolf prepaid cards are generally activated and ready for use within 1-3 business days after funds are received. For returns initiated by the cardholder, the company will charge a return fee of 10% of the card's total face value.
Article 17 BaiGolf prepaid cards do not accrue interest, cannot be overdrawn, and cannot be cashed out. Purchases made using prepaid card privileges do not accumulate points.
Article 18 When using a BaiGolf prepaid card for payment via the website, mobile app, or mobile WAP page, the customer must personally enter the transaction password to ensure payment security. For phone bookings paid with a BaiGolf prepaid card, after an order is placed by customer service, the cardholder should personally log into the website, mobile app, or mobile WAP page to enter the transaction password. The password should not be disclosed to customer service personnel for entry on your behalf, and care should be taken to prevent others from seeing the password during entry.
Article 19 Any transaction conducted using a password is considered by BaiGolf to be performed by the cardholder. Electronic records generated from transactions processed based on passwords and other electronic information are considered valid proof of the transaction. For services processed via customer service phone calls, the voice records of the card issuer serve as valid proof of the service performed for the cardholder.
Article 20 Cardholders should avoid disclosing their BaiGolf prepaid card number and password to others. The cardholder bears all losses resulting from the disclosure of the card number and password.
Article 21 When making payments with a BaiGolf prepaid card, customers should carefully review the payment details.
Article 22 If a cardholder requests a refund for a BaiGolf product purchased with a BaiGolf prepaid card, after verification by BaiGolf Golf, the amount will be refunded to the BaiGolf member account used for payment. Refunds generally arrive within 7 business days.
Article 23 BaiGolf assumes no liability, and all losses are borne by the cardholder, in the following circumstances:
(1) The cardholder colludes with others in fraudulent or dishonest acts.
(2) The cardholder engages in illegal transactions in violation of national laws and regulations.
(3) The cardholder refuses to cooperate with BaiGolf Golf's investigation of relevant circumstances.
Article 24 Rights of BaiGolf Golf
(1) BaiGolf Golf has the right to require purchasers to provide personal or organizational identity information and documents as stipulated by national regulations.
(2) It has the right to suspend the use of a BaiGolf prepaid card if used in violation of these regulations.
(3) It has the right to unilaterally terminate any free value-added services provided to purchasers without prior consent.
(4) BaiGolf Golf enforces a policy where prepaid cards are activated for use only after payment is received. Cards taken by customers without payment remain locked/inactive. In cases of obvious erroneous top-ups, card issuance, or activation without payment due to potential computer system errors, BaiGolf Golf has the right to take corrective measures, including freezing or canceling cards, without prior consent, and users should cooperate.
(5) It has the right to review user registration information and transaction behavior. If issues are found or potential adverse consequences are suspected, it may inquire and request further information or take appropriate action regarding the item, user, or related transaction. If a user engages in illegal transactions using a prepaid card, BaiGolf Golf has the right to terminate their services.
(6) It has the right to add, reduce, or withdraw service types, and to reject or cancel the transaction privileges of users deemed non-compliant, without prior notice.
(7) It may charge reasonable transaction fees to users and may change these fees based on business development. Fees and changes will be communicated to users. Using the services implies acceptance of the fee standards and changes.
(8) User agrees that BaiGolf Golf is not liable for damages due to service interruption/termination arising from:
BaiGolf Golf interrupting or terminating a user's account/password and denying access to part or all services without notice upon discovering false purchase information, abnormal transactions, suspicious activity, or potential illegal activity.
System operational failures preventing service use, including but not limited to:
a. Scheduled maintenance of the BaiGolf Golf transaction system.
b. Telecommunication equipment failure preventing data transmission.
c. Force majeure events like typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, war, terrorist attacks causing system failure.
d. Service interruption/delay due to hacker attacks, telecom technical issues/ adjustments, website upgrades, bank-related problems.
e. Service termination/interruption/delay due to network congestion, computer system faults, maintenance, upgrades, or other uncontrollable factors.
f. Judicial or administrative authorities requiring service interruption per legal procedures.
g. Service interruption required for public interest.
h. Other circumstances necessitating service interruption.
(9) For customer protection, please purchase BaiGolf prepaid cards only from the official BaiGolf website or authorized outlets.
(10) BaiGolf Golf has the right to reject the use of prepaid cards for illegal/non-compliant activities and may immediately terminate use or cancel orders upon discovering such activities.
Article 25 Obligations of the Issuer
(1) BaiGolf Golf shall provide written materials or post on club.baigolf.com information regarding prepaid card use, including these regulations, fee schedules, and instructions.
(2) It shall provide services to cardholders through designated channels as agreed, primarily club.baigolf.com website and service hotline 400 105 2822.
(3) It shall legally protect purchaser information confidentiality, not disclosing it to any entity/individual without consent, except as required/permitted by laws, regulations, or separate purchaser-issuer agreements.
(4) It shall employ one-way computer encryption for prepaid card and transaction passwords. No one can view/query these passwords via the system. Cardholders can only reset, not retrieve, transaction passwords. For physically damaged/unreadable passwords, after identity verification, the system will send the unreadable digits to the cardholder's phone. BaiGolf Golf ensures staff cannot directly view passwords to protect security.
(5) The BaiGolf Golf website is obligated to ensure the normal technical operation of the entire online transaction platform for smooth user transactions.
(6) The BaiGolf Golf website is responsible for the security, effectiveness, and real-time performance of the transaction access system but is not liable for transaction disputes arising from communication failures or other causes not attributable to BaiGolf Golf.
(7) It will respond to user queries/issues related to transactions or registration based on specific circumstances.
(8) The BaiGolf Golf website shall keep confidential the information provided by users during registration/purchase and related transaction data, but may use it for communication purposes or provide it to legally authorized querying agencies or third parties as needed to execute transaction instructions. To provide quality service, BaiGolf Golf may, under confidentiality agreements with third-party partners, allow them to provide value-added services directly to users. BaiGolf Golf may also use such data for statistical analysis and internal management.
(9) It is responsible for providing business consultation services and publishing feature guides, FAQs, etc., on its website.
(10) It will verify a user's transaction permissions and identity based on registration information and other relevant factors. The BaiGolf Golf website has no other obligation to verify the actual permissions or identity of users transacting with correctly registered information.
(11) Unless otherwise stated, intellectual property rights related to the BaiGolf Golf website, its content, and any client software provided to users belong to BaiGolf Golf. BaiGolf Golf reserves the right to pursue legal action for infringements.
Article 26 User Rights
(1) Users have the right to use BaiGolf prepaid cards as stipulated and receive corresponding services.
(2) Users have the right to be informed about the functions, usage methods, fee items, and standards of BaiGolf prepaid cards.
(3) Users have the right to inquire about or request correction of BaiGolf prepaid card transactions within the stipulated time frame.
Article 27 User Obligations
(1) Users must provide the issuer with authentic and valid identity information and documents. They shall not use another person's identity or forged/altered identification documents to purchase prepaid cards.
(2) Users are obligated to provide truthful information during registration and ensure the validity and security of details like email address, phone number, contact address, and postal code. They shall not use others' information for registration/verification on the BaiGolf Golf website and must promptly update registration details when changes occur. BaiGolf Golf may suspend/terminate services, refuse partial/full service access if information is erroneous, false, outdated, incomplete, or reasonably suspected to be so, without liability. The user agrees to bear all associated risks and liabilities.
(3) Users are responsible for economic losses due to loss or damage of prepaid cards from improper storage.
(4) Users bear their own losses resulting from transactions not conducted per agreement.
(5) Users must take reasonable measures to prevent theft or leakage of their password. They are responsible for losses from unauthorized card use due to poor safeguarding of card number, password, transaction password, or identity information. Users should:
1. Not use the prepaid card at locations other than those designated by the issuer.
2. Avoid using the same username, card number, and password for registration on other websites, which could lead to password compromise on BaiGolf Golf due to information leaks from those sites.
3. Set and safeguard their own password during registration on the BaiGolf Golf website: avoid using names, birthdays, phone numbers, easily guessed numbers, etc.; do not provide the self-set password to anyone except as required by law, including BaiGolf Golf staff.
Article 28 Users shall not transfer or authorize others to use their BaiGolf prepaid card or BaiGolf Golf website registration in any form without authorization. Users agree to bear all losses from such actions; BaiGolf Golf assumes no liability.
Article 29 Users promise that all actions taken while using BaiGolf prepaid cards comply with national laws, regulations, and social/public interests/morality. Users shall independently bear all corresponding legal liabilities for any legal consequences. Users shall not engage in illegal or improper transactions using the prepaid card. Users bear all consequences and liabilities independently for illegal/improper activities.
Such actions include but are not limited to:
(1) Infringing upon others' reputation, privacy, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other personal/property rights.
(2) Using the service under another's name.
(3) Engaging in any illegal transaction, such as money laundering.
(4) Using the prepaid card for虚假 transactions without real transaction background.
(5) Engaging in actions potentially containing computer viruses or potentially harming the service system/data.
(6) Other actions reasonably deemed inappropriate by BaiGolf Golf.
Users shall compensate BaiGolf Golf (including reasonable attorney fees) for damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from violations leading to claims, litigation, or other proceedings.
Article 30 BaiGolf Golf Company is a branch handling BaiGolf prepaid card business, an institution related to prepaid card processing. Both BaiGolf Golf Company and cardholders must comply with these regulations.
Article 31 Disputes among BaiGolf Golf, authorized sales agencies, BaiGolf prepaid cardholders, and other institutions related to prepaid card processing shall be handled according to these regulations and relevant laws and regulations.
Article 32 These regulations are formulated, modified, and interpreted by BaiGolf Golf. Modifications will be announced via the website, etc.
Article 33 If users disagree with modifications made by BaiGolf Golf to these regulations, they have the right to stop using the services provided by BaiGolf Golf. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
Article 34 Purchasers can view the latest version of these regulations on club.baigolf.com or request a copy from BaiGolf Golf Company at purchase. They may also request a separate card purchase agreement. Matters not specified in the purchase agreement shall follow these regulations; matters specified in the purchase agreement that conflict with these regulations shall follow the purchase agreement.
Article 35 These regulations and any future operational rules established by BaiGolf Golf form an inseparable part hereof and have equal effect.
Article 36 Any party violating the content hereof, causing harm to the other party, shall bear liability for breach of contract and compensate the other party for losses according to law.
Article 37 If any party violates the content hereof, causing harm to the other party, the harmed party shall take reasonable measures to mitigate losses. Reasonable expenses incurred for loss mitigation shall be borne by the breaching party. If the harmed party fails to take reasonable mitigation measures, the breaching party is not liable for the expanded portion of losses.
Article 38 If these regulations conflict with national laws and regulations, the latter shall prevail.
Article 39 Matters not covered herein shall be handled according to relevant national laws, regulations, rules, and industry practices.
Article 40 Before purchasing and using BaiGolf prepaid cards, users confirm having read all terms in detail, have no doubts about any provisions, and accurately understand the legal meanings of rights, obligations, liability limitations, and disclaimer clauses herein.
Article 41 If any clause herein is deemed invalid for any reason, it does not affect the validity of other clauses.
Article 42 The jurisdiction for matters related to these regulations is the Tianhe District People's Court in Guangzhou City.
Article 43 These regulations take effect from the date of the BaiGolf prepaid card product launch.
