B.C.C. Membership Card Benefits Rules

I. Overview of B.C.C. Membership Benefits

B.C.C. Membership benefits are divided into three packages: Individual Benefits Card, 1+3 Benefits Card, and Anonymous Card. The benefits of each package are as follows:

1. Individual Anonymous Benefits Card: This refers to the individual version of the B.C.C. Membership Card issued before July 15, 2024. It includes: golf course bookings (BaiGolf Club member rates for the cardholder); hotel bookings (5% discount, unlimited visits, anonymous); and ski resort bookings (10% discount, unlimited visits, anonymous).

2. 1+1 Benefits Card: This refers to the 1+1 version of the B.C.C. Membership Card issued before July 15, 2024. It includes: golf course bookings (BaiGolf Club member rates for the cardholder and one guest per round); hotel bookings (5% discount, unlimited visits, anonymous); and ski resort bookings (up to 10% discount, unlimited visits, anonymous).

3. 1+3 Benefit Card: This refers to the B.C.C. Benefit Card 1+3 version issued before July 15, 2024. It includes: BaiGolf Club member pricing for golf course bookings (for the cardholder and three guests per round); a 5% discount on hotel bookings (unlimited rounds, anonymous); and a maximum 10% discount on ski resort bookings (unlimited rounds, anonymous).

4. Anonymous Card:This refers to the B.C.C. Benefit Card anonymous version issued before July 15, 2024. It includes: BaiGolf Club member pricing for up to eight people per day for golf course bookings (unlimited rounds, anonymous); a 5% discount on hotel bookings (unlimited rounds, anonymous); and a 10% discount on ski resort bookings (unlimited rounds, anonymous).

II. B.C.C. Benefit Card Membership Package Selection Rules: Users can choose one of the three packages: Individual Benefit Card, 1+3 Benefit Card, or Anonymous Card.

III. Detailed Rules and Regulations for B.C.C Benefits Card

(I) Enjoy BaiGolf Golf Club Member Price

1. Benefits Description

Enjoying the B.C.C. Member Price for golf course reservations is a benefit of the B.C.C. Membership Card. B.C.C. Membership Card members can enjoy corresponding discounts on golf courses displaying the "B.C.C. Member Price" logo (the specific logo is subject to actual display) and meeting the conditions for obtaining the discount benefits, according to these rules.

Note: Not all courses supporting the B.C.C. Member Price benefit are displayed on BaiGolf. Some exceptions and special packages (such as packages, flash sales, targeted benefits, etc.) are not included in the discount benefit activities. Please pay attention to the logos.

2. Benefit Details

(1) The validity period of the B.C.C. Member Price benefit for golf course reservations is the same as the validity period of the B.C.C. Membership Card, which is normally one year (365 days).

(2) During the validity period of the B.C.C. Membership Card, each B.C.C. Membership Card member can enjoy the B.C.C. Member Price benefit for golf course reservations. There is no limit to the total discount amount for the B.C.C. Membership Card, but the order must be placed using the B.C.C. Membership Card holder's mobile phone. It cannot be shared, given to others, or used to pay for others.

(3) To enjoy the B.C.C. Membership Card discount on golf course reservations, the following conditions must be met:

① It can only be used when reserving specific courses at designated courses or through links. Courses with the discount will have a specific identifier on their details page, such as "B.C.C. Membership Card". Due to objective factors such as course tee times and the limited number of special offers available at partner courses, some courses may only offer the B.C.C. Membership Card discount on golf course reservations within a specific timeframe or within a specific inventory quantity. Please refer to the page for details.

② The B.C.C. Membership Card service must be valid.

(4) Due to limitations such as the conditions for using the discount, the discount period of the course, the discount inventory, and participation in course marketing activities, whether a user can actually enjoy the B.C.C. Membership Card discount on golf course reservations, the actual discount amount, and the upper limit of the discount are subject to the information displayed on the user's final order confirmation page. (5) When placing an order for a benefit product, the order confirmation page allows users to choose whether or not to use the golf course reservation price to enjoy the B.C.C member price.

(6) Taxes, shipping fees, and other non-product amounts are not eligible for discounts.

(7) The B.C.C member price for golf course reservations is calculated based on the actual amount paid for the benefit course.

(8) After placing an order, users should complete payment within a certain timeframe as required by normal transaction orders; overdue orders will be automatically closed.

(II) Hotel reservations: Enjoy a 5% discount, unlimited times, anonymous.

(III) Ski resort reservations: Enjoy a maximum 10% discount, unlimited times, anonymous.

IV. Other

1. The integration of B.C.C member benefits, related rule settings, and related advertising (if any) are all handled by Ba.C.C. iGolfBaiGolf Meiyi organizes and actually carries out the activities.

2. "Same user" refers to BaiGolf account, WeChat account, recipient's name, detailed address, contact information, IP address, and other user-related information. If any one or more of these items are identical, similar, form batch information through specific markers, or are otherwise not genuine and valid, they will be considered the same user and handled according to the "same user" rule.

3. During the acquisition or use of B.C.C. membership benefits, if a user engages in any violation (including but not limited to using tools such as flash sale bots to cheat, malicious cash-out, fraudulent transactions, or false information), the platform has the right to terminate the user's membership eligibility, revoke the illegal transaction, recover all used preferential benefits, and pursue legal responsibility if necessary.

In the event of force majeure or a change in circumstances (including but not limited to major disasters, government orders to suspend or adjust the event, severe cyberattacks, or system failures requiring suspension), the benefits will be temporarily suspended or terminated after prior public notice from Tmall, and Tmall may claim exemption from liability in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

6. To provide better service to B.C.C. Membership Card members and ensure a better service experience, the content of B.C.C. Membership Card benefits will be continuously optimized, replaced, upgraded, and iterated. BaiGolf will modify or adjust these rules within the scope permitted by law based on updates to the benefits content. Such changes or adjustments will be published on the "BaiGolf APP - My BaiGolf - Member Center" rules page or through appropriate means. Timely notifications will be provided. For certain B.C.C. Rights Card membership benefits (including joint membership and other three-party co-branded benefits) not explicitly stated in these rules, the rules displayed on the page and the rules/agreements (if any) established by the actual benefit provider shall prevail. Users should fully understand the content and rules for obtaining and using the corresponding benefits before acquiring and using three-party co-branded benefits.

6. B.C.C. Rights Card membership benefits are based on the user's B.C.C. Rights Card status. If the user loses their B.C.C. Rights Card status (including expiration of the B.C.C. Rights Card, revocation due to violations, suspension, or termination of use), the B.C.C. Rights Card membership benefits will also become invalid.

7. Users must comply with the "BaiGolf User Agreement" when acquiring and using B.C.C. Rights Card membership benefits.
