1. The BaiGolf Club Card (B.C.C) is offered in three product categories: the BaiGolf Club Benefit Card ("Benefit Card"), the BaiGolf Club Prepaid Card ("Prepaid Card") and the Chartered Card.
2. These Rules apply to the Benefit Card and the Chartered Card; rules governing the Prepaid Card are set out separately in the BaiGolf Club Prepaid Card Charter.
3. The Benefit Card entitles the holder to the standard membership benefits described in Chapters II to IV of these Rules (B.C.C Member Price for golf, hotel discounts and ski discounts).
4. In addition to the standard membership benefits, the Chartered Card entitles the holder to the Chartered Course benefits described in Chapters V to VII.
5. Chartered Courses are open for booking to Chartered Card members only. Benefit Card members may not book Chartered Courses and may not use the B.C.C Chartered Price or the related quota benefits.
6. Green fees are payable separately: when a Benefit Card or Chartered Card member books a golf course, the membership benefit means booking the course at the applicable preferential rate (B.C.C Member Price / B.C.C Chartered Price), and the course fee is payable separately; caddie fees, cart fees, caddie gratuities and other charges are payable separately at the course’s standard rates.
7. The activation price and validity period of each card are subject to the information displayed on the purchase page in real time.
The Benefit Card is available in four tiers — Solo Pass, Duo Pass, Group Pass and Courtesy Pass. The benefits of each tier are as follows:
1. Solo Pass: when booking a golf course, the cardholder enjoys the B.C.C Member Price for their own play; when booking hotels, a 5% discount, with no limit on the number of bookings and no name registration required; when booking ski resorts, a 10% discount, with no limit on the number of bookings and no name registration required.
2. Duo Pass: when booking a golf course, the cardholder and one guest enjoy the B.C.C Member Price each time they play; when booking hotels, a 5% discount, with no limit on the number of bookings and no name registration required; when booking ski resorts, a discount of up to 10%, with no limit on the number of bookings and no name registration required.
3. Group Pass: when booking a golf course, the cardholder and three guests enjoy the B.C.C Member Price each time they play; when booking hotels, a 5% discount, with no limit on the number of bookings and no name registration required; when booking ski resorts, a discount of up to 10%, with no limit on the number of bookings and no name registration required.
4. Courtesy Pass: when booking a golf course, up to 8 players per day enjoy the B.C.C Member Price, with no limit on the number of bookings and no name registration required; when booking hotels, a 5% discount, with no limit on the number of bookings and no name registration required; when booking ski resorts, a 10% discount, with no limit on the number of bookings and no name registration required.
Note: Not all courses displayed by BaiGolf support the B.C.C Member Price benefit. Certain courses — including some excluded courses and pay-at-course courses — do not participate in the discount benefit programme. Users should refer to the label on the course detail page (the specific label is subject to what is actually displayed).
1. Benefit description
Enjoying the B.C.C Member Price on golf course booking prices is one of the Benefit Card membership benefits. In accordance with these Rules, Benefit Card members may book course products bearing the “B.C.C Member Price” label (the specific label is subject to what is actually displayed) at courses that support the B.C.C Member Price (hereinafter “Benefit Courses”), and, provided the conditions for obtaining the discount benefit are met, enjoy the corresponding discount benefit.
2. Detailed rules
(1) The validity period of the B.C.C Member Price benefit on golf course booking prices is the same as the validity period of the Benefit Card, ordinarily one year (365 days).
(2) During the validity period of the Benefit Card, there is no cap on the total discount amount each Benefit Card member may enjoy under the B.C.C Member Price benefit; however, this benefit must be used for bookings placed on the cardholder’s own mobile phone and may not be shared or given to others for use, nor may it be used to pay for others.
(3) The B.C.C Member Price benefit may be used only where all of the following conditions are met:
① It may be used only for bookings at designated courses or for certain specific courses accessed through links. Benefit Courses bear a specific label on the course detail page (for example, “B.C.C”). Owing to objective conditions such as course tee times and partner special-quota allocations, some Benefit Courses may offer the B.C.C Member Price benefit only within a specific time range or only within a specific inventory range; the details are subject to what is displayed on the page.
② The Benefit Card membership service is within its validity period.
(4) Owing to restrictions such as the conditions for using the benefit, the promotional periods of Benefit Courses, promotional inventory and course participation in marketing campaigns, whether a user can actually enjoy the B.C.C Member Price benefit, and the actual discount amount and cap at the course, are subject to what is displayed on the user’s final order confirmation page.
(5) When a user places a booking for a course with the B.C.C Member Price, the order confirmation page allows the user to choose whether or not to apply the B.C.C Member Price benefit.
(6) After placing an order, the user shall complete payment within the required time in accordance with the requirements for normal transaction orders; overdue orders are automatically closed.
(7) Benefit usage frequency limit (once per calendar day): a Benefit Card member may use the B.C.C Member Price benefit only once on the same calendar day (determined by the tee-time date of the order, not the booking date).
① Where a member already has an order enjoying the B.C.C Member Price benefit on a given calendar day, other course orders placed on that day will not enjoy the benefit and will be settled at the price displayed on the page; orders on subsequent days are not affected.
② Multiple players within the same order (e.g. the Duo Pass cardholder and one guest, the Group Pass cardholder and three guests, or the 8 players of a Courtesy Pass on the same day) are counted as one single use of the benefit and are not counted repeatedly.
③ The determination is based on the local time of the course; for courses in other time zones, the calendar day is calculated according to the time zone where the course is located.
④ Whether the usage count for that calendar day is restored after an order is cancelled or refunded is subject to the page display and customer service confirmation.
1. The four tiers — Solo Pass, Duo Pass, Group Pass and Courtesy Pass — may be chosen freely by the user at activation.
2. Ranked from the lowest to the highest benefit level: Solo Pass < Duo Pass < Group Pass < Courtesy Pass.
3. After activating a Benefit Card, if the user wishes to upgrade an active lower-tier Benefit Card to a higher tier (e.g. from Solo Pass to Duo Pass, Group Pass or Courtesy Pass), please contact BaiGolf customer service; the upgrade method, price-difference rules and effective time are subject to customer service confirmation. Downgrades and cancellation before expiry are not currently supported (subject to page display and customer service confirmation in case of adjustments).
The Chartered Card is available in three types: Personal Card, Family Card and Business Card. In addition to all standard membership benefits described in Chapter III (B.C.C Member Price for golf, 5% hotel discount, ski discounts), Chartered Card members also enjoy the Chartered Course benefits (see Chapter VI).
The core differences between the three types of Chartered Card are as follows:
1. Personal Card: when booking a golf course, the cardholder enjoys the B.C.C Chartered Price at Chartered Courses, capped at 15 rounds per year and 2 rounds per month; once the quota is used up, the cardholder enjoys the B.C.C Member Price for their own play; when booking hotels, a 5% discount, with no limit on the number of bookings and no name registration required; when booking ski resorts, a 10% discount, with no limit on the number of bookings and no name registration required.
2. Family Card: when booking a golf course, the cardholder and one guest enjoy the B.C.C Chartered Price at Chartered Courses, capped at 30 rounds per year and 4 rounds per month; once the quota is used up, the cardholder and one guest enjoy the B.C.C Member Price each time they play; when booking hotels, a 5% discount, with no limit on the number of bookings and no name registration required; when booking ski resorts, a discount of up to 10%, with no limit on the number of bookings and no name registration required.
3. Business Card: when booking a golf course, the cardholder and three guests enjoy the B.C.C Chartered Price at Chartered Courses, capped at 60 rounds per year and 8 rounds per month; once the quota is used up, the cardholder and three guests enjoy the B.C.C Member Price each time they play; when booking hotels, a 5% discount, with no limit on the number of bookings and no name registration required; when booking ski resorts, a 10% discount, with no limit on the number of bookings and no name registration required.
Notes:
1. “Annual (monthly) round cap” refers to the member’s quota of rounds played at Chartered Courses at the B.C.C Chartered Price per year (month); when booking with the quota, the course fee is payable separately at the B.C.C Chartered Price and is not included in the Chartered Card annual fee.
2. The annual fee of each tier and the rules on the number of players / guests per tier (such as the number of accompanying players of the Family Card and the use of Business Card quotas) are subject to the purchase page display.
The benefits of this Chapter are enjoyed by Chartered Card members only; Benefit Card members may not book Chartered Courses (see Chapter I, Item 5).
(1) Chartered Courses are partner golf courses designated by BaiGolf where Chartered Card members may book at the B.C.C Chartered Price.
(2) The scope of Chartered Courses is subject to BaiGolf’s provisions; course detail pages display labels such as “B.C.C Chartered Price” (the specific label is subject to what is actually displayed). Whether a course is a Chartered Course is subject to the real-time page display at the time of booking.
(3) The list of Chartered Courses changes dynamically: BaiGolf may add, adjust or remove Chartered Courses according to course cooperation conditions without separate notice; after a course is removed, members may no longer book it at the B.C.C Chartered Price, and confirmed orders are not affected. Where a partner course adjusts its cooperation or withdraws from the programme, BaiGolf will replace it with another partner course under equivalent conditions and does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific course.
(1) Chartered Card members may enjoy the B.C.C Chartered Price when booking at Chartered Courses (subject to the real-time page display of the course and date).
(2) The B.C.C Chartered Price changes dynamically: the Chartered Price is adjusted in real time according to the course, date, time slot, inventory and BaiGolf’s cooperation arrangements with the course; the final price is subject to the order confirmation page display.
(3) Orders at the B.C.C Chartered Price may not use points deduction, coupons or promotional vouchers, and do not accrue points.
(4) Charges other than the course fee (such as caddie fees, cart fees, caddie gratuities) are payable separately at the course’s standard rates and are not subject to the Chartered Price.
(1) The Chartered Card annual fee is calculated from card activation, valid for 12 months.
(2) The annual Chartered Price play quotas for each tier are: Personal Card 15 rounds, Family Card 30 rounds, Business Card 60 rounds. Quotas may be used within the validity period only, are automatically cleared upon expiry, and may not be converted into cash or transferred. When booking with the quota, the course fee is payable separately at the B.C.C Chartered Price (see Chapter I, Item 6).
(1) Scope of application: the Chartered Price quota applies to weekdays first; weekend morning tee times (7:00–10:00) are not open to the Chartered Price benefit; Chartered Price rounds on weekends and statutory holidays are subject to strict quota limits and are not guaranteed to be available at all times, subject to the booking page display.
(2) Quota caps (three levels applied in parallel):
① Annual total quota: per the card tier — Personal Card 15 rounds, Family Card 30 rounds, Business Card 60 rounds / year;
② Annual / monthly limit per course: the number of bookings a member may make at each partner course is limited on a “tier × course” basis, with caps on both the annual and the monthly number of rounds; the counts are independent of each other and are not shared across courses;
③ The annual and monthly quotas at each course are set and dynamically adjusted by BaiGolf according to course cooperation arrangements; adjustments take effect from the page update and do not affect confirmed orders; the specific bookable and remaining quotas are subject to the page display at the time of booking.
(3) Daily limit: a Chartered Card member may use the B.C.C Chartered Price benefit only once on the same calendar day (determined by the tee-time date, in the time zone where the course is located); where the benefit has already been used on the same day, other orders are settled at the price displayed on the page, and subsequent days are not affected.
(4) Booking rules: members must book tee times through the BaiGolf platform; direct on-site booking is not accepted; when using the B.C.C Chartered Price, bookings must be made at least one day in advance and same-day booking is not available; where course time slots are tight, BaiGolf reserves the right to adjust the booking results.
(5) No-show rules: where a member repeatedly fails to show up after booking and fails to cancel as required, BaiGolf reserves the right to reduce or suspend the member’s golf booking benefits according to the severity of the case.
(6) The Chartered Price quota may not be transferred, split, or exchanged for cash or points; unused rounds do not carry over to the next period; rounds by the same user are accumulated under the “same user” criteria set out in these Rules. The use of quotas and counting rules of the Chartered Card are subject to the page display.
Chartered Card members also enjoy the hotel 5% discount and ski discount benefits of the Benefit Card; the hotel, ski and other booking discount benefits provided on the BaiGolf platform are value-added services, do not constitute a lowest-price guarantee, and their actual availability is subject to the inventory of third-party service providers.

4. The Benefit Card and the Chartered Card are two independent products; mutual conversion is not currently supported.
1. The integration of BaiGolf Club Card membership benefits, the setting of these rules and related advertising (if any) are organized and actually carried out by 广州市百高美燚信息技术有限公司
2. “Same user” means that any one or more items of user-identity-related information — BaiGolf account, WeChat account, consignee name, detailed address, contact information, IP address, etc. — are identical or similar, form batch information through specific markers, or are otherwise not genuine or valid; in such cases the user will be deemed the same user and treated as such under these Rules.
3. Golf benefit usage restrictions: the member’s golf discount benefits (the BaiGolf Club Member Price of the Benefit Card and the Chartered Price quota benefits of the Chartered Card) are for the member’s own use under a real name only, may not be transferred or lent, may not be used to book and play on behalf of others, and may not be used for commercial booking or resale of tee times. Where the platform verifies and confirms any lending or proxy-booking behaviour, it has the right to freeze the member’s golf booking benefits directly; in serious cases, the platform has the right to terminate the membership directly without refund of the annual fee, to revoke the violating transactions and recover all preferential benefits used, and to pursue legal liability where necessary.
4. Where a user commits other violations in obtaining or using BaiGolf Club Card membership benefits (including but not limited to cheating with flash-sale tools, malicious cash-out, fictitious transactions, false information, etc.), the platform has the right to terminate the user’s benefit eligibility, revoke the violating transactions, recover all preferential benefits used, and pursue legal liability where necessary.
5. In the event of force majeure or a change of circumstances (including but not limited to major disaster events, events required to be suspended or adjusted under instructions of government authorities, severe cyber attacks, or suspension required by system failures), the benefits will be temporarily suspended or terminated after BaiGolf’s prior public announcement, and BaiGolf may claim exemption in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
6. To provide members with better services and safeguard the service experience, the BaiGolf Club Card membership benefits will be continuously optimized, upgraded and iterated. BaiGolf may modify or adjust these Rules within the scope permitted by law according to updates to the benefits, and will publish such changes on the rules page of the BaiGolf official website or notify users in an appropriate and timely manner. For membership benefits not expressly covered by these Rules (including co-branded membership and other third-party co-branding benefits), the rules displayed on the page and the rules / agreements established by the actual benefit providers (if any) prevail. Before obtaining or using third-party co-branding benefits, users should fully understand the corresponding benefit content and the rules for obtaining and using them.
7. BaiGolf Club Card membership benefits are enjoyed on the basis of the user’s membership status. If the user loses the corresponding membership status (including expiry of the membership validity period, revocation for violation, suspension or cessation of use, etc.), the corresponding membership benefits will cease simultaneously.
8. Risk notice: the list of partner courses, benefit content, Chartered Prices and bookable status are adjusted dynamically; please refer to the real-time display in the BaiGolf APP; membership benefits are subject to the rules corresponding to the tier actually activated by the member.
9. In obtaining and using the BaiGolf Club Card membership benefits, users shall also comply with the BaiGolf User Agreement.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution: these Rules are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes between the member and BaiGolf arising from these Rules shall be resolved primarily through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people’s court with jurisdiction at the place where BaiGolf’s operating entity is located.
