Dear Customer,
Incidents of credit card fraud, friendly fraud and illegitimate chargebacks have been rising in cross-border payments. Fraudsters place orders with stolen cards, which may lead to fund losses for cardholders, frozen legitimate transactions and unjustified chargebacks, harming the interests of both you and our company.
To protect your funds, prevent fraudulent transactions and help your order proceed smoothly with fewer payment disputes, we use 3DS 2.0 authentication by card schemes as the primary verification method. If your international credit card transaction triggers our risk review, you will need to provide the following documents for identity verification:
A clear copy of your valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport);
A bank statement screenshot showing your full name, last 4 digits of the card number and this transaction record. You may redact other sensitive information.
Your ID document and bank statement are only used to verify your identity, investigate transaction disputes and defend against chargebacks. We comply with GDPR and PCI DSS standards. All documents are transmitted encrypted and accessible only by authorized staff. Your personal data will never be sold, rented, shared for marketing or any other unrelated purposes. Once the transaction is fully closed and the chargeback dispute window expires, your verification materials will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our privacy policy.
If you are unable to provide the required documents, we cannot proceed with this order for security reasons. You may select an alternative payment method.
Thank you for your understanding and support. We keep improving our risk control system to ensure safe cross-border transactions.
