Hotel Booking Service Agreement

Article 1: Special Provisions  

1. This Hotel Booking Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is entered into between the booking service provider (the specific name shall be subject to the disclosed information on the order submission page, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and you through the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform. By submitting an order or continuing to request services from the Company in any other way, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and accepted all the terms of this Agreement. The Company only provides hotel booking services, while accommodation services are provided by hotels. The Company may entrust affiliated companies under the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform to collect transaction payments on its behalf without further notice. You fully understand and acknowledge that the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform is an e-commerce transaction platform, and the specific product booking services will be provided by qualified platform merchants (or service providers), who are not parties to this Agreement.  


2. The validity, interpretation, amendment, execution, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan). In the event of any dispute regarding the content or execution of this Agreement, both parties shall attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party shall file a lawsuit with the competent People’s Court at the location of the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform.  


Article 2: Booking Instructions  

1. The hotel prices displayed on the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform include hotel service fees but do not include any other expenses incurred at the hotel. If you make special requests via phone or order remarks, the Company will forward them to the accommodation service provider, but the Company cannot guarantee their fulfillment.  


2. Rooms labeled as "Instant Confirmation" can typically be confirmed within minutes after booking. However, due to uncontrollable factors such as hotel or supplier network issues, in rare cases, confirmation may take longer, but it usually does not exceed 24 hours.  


3. Orders become effective only after confirmation from the hotel or supplier. The confirmation result will be notified via SMS, email, or app notification.  


4. When filling out an order, you must provide accurate and valid contact information as prompted on the booking page to facilitate communication from customer service regarding your booking.  


5. The Company has entrusted the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform to provide customer service. If there is any change in your stated latest arrival time, please promptly contact BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform customer service (sales@baigolf.com).  


6. If you engage in any dishonest or suspicious activities (including but not limited to system disruption, network attacks, fake transactions, resale, malicious orders/claims, bulk bookings using the same account or identity without a reasonable explanation, etc.), the Company reserves the right to cancel your order, revoke your booking eligibility, and deduct up to 100% of the order amount. If you violate this Agreement or other platform policies, the Company may impose penalties such as deduction of points, restriction from promotional activities, cancellation of cashback offers, suspension/termination of services, or order cancellation. If your actions cause the Company losses, you will be liable for compensation.  


7. The actual guest name must be accurately provided at the time of booking. If the guest name in the booking does not match the actual guest's name, causing the hotel or supplier to refuse service or cancel the booking, the Company shall not be held responsible.  


8. If the actual guest includes a minor, the guest must provide contact details of a parent or legal guardian and information about their relationship with co-travelers, as required by the hotel. Failure to provide this information may result in the hotel refusing accommodation or reporting suspicious cases to the authorities.  


Article 3: Order Confirmation and Modification  

1. Order Confirmation: Once your hotel booking is successfully processed, the Company will authorize the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform to send you a confirmation notification, at which point the order becomes effective.  


2. Understanding the Booking Process: Submitting an order and completing payment does not mean your booking is confirmed. The Company must confirm with the hotel or supplier. Due to availability and pricing factors, the hotel or supplier may not be able to fulfill your request, resulting in an unsuccessful booking, for which the Company bears no responsibility.  


3. Modifications & Cancellations: After order confirmation, you can log in to the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform before check-in to modify or cancel your booking. Changes and cancellations must comply with the service rules disclosed during booking and require confirmation from the hotel or supplier. Fees may apply depending on the policy. If the hotel or supplier refuses modifications or cancellations, the Company shall not be held responsible.  


Article 4: Force Majeure and Liability Disclaimer  

1. Neither the Company nor the customer shall be held liable for failure to perform an order due to force majeure (including but not limited to earthquakes, typhoons, lightning strikes, floods, fires, wars, government actions, hacker attacks, telecommunication restrictions, etc.), unless otherwise provided by law.  


2. You fully understand and agree that the Company only provides online booking services, while accommodation products are offered by hotels or suppliers and displayed via the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform. Due to potential human input errors, automated data retrieval inaccuracies, caching delays, or imperfect search methods, displayed information may contain errors, outdated details, or imprecise product/service descriptions (e.g., incorrect pricing or room type information). You acknowledge these possible issues and agree that any orders placed under such circumstances may be canceled by the Company even after booking confirmation. In such cases, the Company will compensate you as per legal regulations.  


Article 5: Other Provisions  

To enhance booking efficiency and success rates, the Company reserves the right to transfer the rights and obligations of this Agreement to a subsidiary, which will provide the booking services on behalf of the Company. No separate notice will be given, but the transferee must comply with this Agreement.
