Article 1: Special Provisions  

1. This Golf Course Booking Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is entered into between the booking service provider (the specific name will be disclosed on the order submission page, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and you through the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform. By submitting an order or otherwise continuing to request services from the Company, you indicate that you have carefully read and accepted all terms of this Agreement. The Company only provides hotel booking services, while accommodation services are provided by the hotel itself.  

   The Company may authorize a subsidiary of the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform to collect transaction payments on its behalf without further notice to you. You fully understand and acknowledge that the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform is an e-commerce transaction platform, and the specific product booking services will be provided by qualified platform merchants (or service providers), who are not parties to this Agreement.  

2. The validity, interpretation, modification, execution, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). In the event of any dispute regarding the content or execution of this Agreement, both parties shall endeavor to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the court having jurisdiction over the location of the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform.  

Article 2: Booking Information  

1. The golf course prices displayed on the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform include golf playing service fees but do not include other expenses incurred at the golf course. If you submit special requests via phone or order remarks, the Company will forward them to the golf service provider, but the Company cannot guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled.  

2. Golf playing plans labeled as "Instant Confirmation" or "Real-time Booking" are generally confirmed within minutes after booking. However, due to uncontrollable factors such as golf course or supplier network issues, some orders may take longer to be confirmed, but confirmation is generally completed within 24 hours.  

3. The order will only take effect after confirmation by the golf course or supplier. The confirmation result will be communicated via SMS, email, or app notification.  

4. When filling out an order, please ensure that you provide accurate and valid contact information as instructed on the booking page so that customer service can reach you regarding booking-related matters.  

5. The Company has authorized BaiGolf to provide customer service. If your tee time changes after placing an order, please contact BaiGolf customer service immediately at sales@baigolf.com. Any price differences resulting from changes in tee time shall be borne by you.  

6. The Company reserves the right to cancel your order, terminate your booking eligibility, and deduct order-related fees (up to 100% of the order amount) if any improper behavior violating the principle of good faith or suspicious user activity is detected. This includes, but is not limited to:  

   - System disruption  

   - Network attacks  

   - Fake orders  

   - Scalping/reselling  

   - False transactions  

   - Malicious claims (not intended for actual consumption but primarily to obtain compensation)  

   - Malicious hoarding/occupying of slots (bulk bookings using the same account or identity without a reasonable explanation)  

   If you engage in any violation of this Agreement, the platform service agreement, or other related service agreements/rules (including promotional activity rules), the Company may enforce penalties, such as:  

   - Deduction of points  

   - Restriction from participating in marketing activities  

   - Restriction from receiving cashback and other benefits  

   - Suspension or termination of certain or all services  

   - Order cancellation  

   If your actions cause financial losses to the Company, you shall be held liable for compensation.  

7. The booker must provide the actual player's name truthfully. If the name in the booking information does not match the actual player's name, causing the golf course or supplier to refuse service or cancel the order, the Company shall not be held responsible.  

8. If the actual player includes a minor, the player must provide the contact details and relationship information of their parents or guardians as required by the golf course. Failure to provide such information may result in the golf course refusing service or reporting the situation to the authorities.  

Article 3: Order Validity and Changes  

1. Order Validity: After successfully booking a golf course product, the Company will authorize BaiGolf to send you a confirmation notification, at which point the order becomes effective.  

2. Please Note: After you submit your order and complete the payment, your golf course product order has not yet taken effect. The Company must confirm availability with your selected golf course provider. Due to stock availability and pricing fluctuations, the golf course or supplier may not be able to provide your selected tee time, leading to an unsuccessful booking. The Company shall not be held responsible in such cases.  

3. Once the order takes effect, you may log in to the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform before check-in to modify or cancel your booking. Changes and cancellations must comply with the service rules disclosed during the booking process and require confirmation from the golf course or supplier. Cancellation and modification fees may apply according to the policy. If the golf course or supplier refuses cancellation or modification, the Company shall not be held responsible.  

Article 4: Force Majeure and Disclaimer  

1. If the fulfillment or continued fulfillment of an effective order is prevented due to force majeure (including but not limited to earthquakes, typhoons, lightning strikes, floods, fires, wars, government actions, hacker attacks, or technical restrictions by telecommunication authorities), neither the Company nor you shall be held liable for breach of contract, unless otherwise stipulated by law.  

2. You fully understand and agree that the Company only provides online booking services. The golf course products displayed are provided by golf courses or suppliers and shown through the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform. Since the product information may contain manual entry errors or be generated automatically, inaccuracies may occur due to factors such as cache delays or retrieval methods. This may result in incorrect pricing, outdated information, or inaccurate product/service details (including but not limited to pricing errors or misgrouped information). You acknowledge and accept any inconvenience caused by such inaccuracies. If an incorrect booking is made due to such errors, even if the order was successfully placed, the Company reserves the right to cancel or terminate the order. If this results in losses for you, the Company will provide compensation in accordance with legal requirements.  

Article 5: Miscellaneous  

To improve booking efficiency and increase the success rate of reservations, the Company reserves the right to transfer the rights and obligations of this Agreement to its subsidiaries without further notice to you. These subsidiaries will provide booking services to you, but they must comply with the provisions of this Agreement.
