Day 1 Arrival

When passengers arrive at the airport, out staff will be waiting with Aloha logo dressing. If you are waiting for more than 60 minutes please contact our staff immediately, passengers can also check in the hotel by themselves. If you are taking US domestic flights, our tour guide will be waiting for you at luggage check out with Aloha logo dressing, and the tour guide will escort you to the hotel.

FYI: Hawaii hotels will check in about 15:00

Day 6 5.Return to China

The five-day golf tour in Hawaii is finished, please leave nothing but happy memories. And if you are leaving at 16:00, and want to sightseeing around, our tour guide will wait for you by the hotel, then leave for the airport when everyone is back.

FYI: Hawaii hotels usual check out time is around 11:00 or 12:00, please check out in time and any extra payment due to delay of check out will not be reimbursed by Baigolf. For luggage service, please enquire with the hotel.

Please Note:
1.The package does not includes tour guide tips, food and drinks.
2.All rights upon schedule adjustments, and final explanation reserved by Baigolf.
3.Transportation service does not exceed Waikiki area.
4.Schedules in the package may be adjusted or cancelled by government activities or force majeure.
5.The package may group every 2 golfers. (Please enquire via email before departure to confirm).
6.Please fully evaluate your personal physical conditions (e.g. pregnancy, disability, diabetes or chronic diseases) before booking and participating.
7.Please remain your phone on when participating the journey.
8.Please gather by the assembly point 10 minutes before departure.
9.Please remember bringing any confirmation papers or documents if required and hand in to the staffs.

Cancellation:
a. 1-9 golfers: Cancellation within 15days before departure day, 100% package price will be charged. Any changes of schedule within 15days before departure day please call or email Baigolf for confirmation. Changes of schedule will cost 5% package price as service charge. Any cancellations or changes received from hotel upon dates or special events will be notify and adjusted by Baigolf and informing golfers.
b. Cancellation will not be effected by any reservations or requirements.
c.10 Golfers or more: Cancellation 50 days before departure day will cost 20% or package price as service charge, 50% as per within 30 days of cancellation and 70% for 25days.
d. The price is for random grouping, exclusive transportation service will require confirmation from Baigolf.

Notes for golfing:
1.11golfers or more will require inquiries, and the sequence of golfing will be adjusted by actual arrangement. Baigolf reserves the right of final adjustments. The minimum number of golfers is 2/group (Odd number of golfers will require enquiry, and the price may be fluctuating).
2 Tee time is subject to Block Tee Time Baigolf acquired, and Baigolf reserves the final adjustments.
3 Golfers requires age over 10 (subject to club policy)
4 Transportation between hotel and golf course (hotels within Waikiki)
5 Please gather by the assembly point 10 minutes before departure.
6 Please apply sun/uv block lotions, and your personal belongings, waters or drinks.
7 Please bring your golf sets and follow the dress code of golfing (Please refer to club introductions) and soft spikes shoes are required. (Clubs and shoes are available for hiring, and please inform us beforehand, and the fee will be paid at the club register)
