1. The package needs to be booked in advance. Successful order payment does not mean successful booking. Please contact customer service for booking after placing an order. Once confirmed, 100% of the total tour fee will be paid.

2. The quotation will fluctuate depending on whether there are vacancies in the golf course and hotel. The full amount must be paid after confirming the reservation package. We apologize for any inconvenience.

At that time, the room type may be adjusted according to the hotel's reservation situation.

3. The package content is for reference only. Our company will make reasonable adjustments to the order of the golf course or the sequence of the golf course according to the actual situation of the golf course.

4. Instructions for use:

1) If you give up the use of the package midway after the reservation is confirmed, it will be deemed that the package has been used; if one group uses it at the same time, the package must be completed within the specified time and cannot be split for use; if there is a change caused by force majeure (such as bad weather, traffic delays, war, strikes, etc.) that the platform/supplier has fulfilled its reasonable obligations but still cannot avoid, the local arrangement will be the main one, and the platform/supplier/package user will not be responsible, and the fee will not be refunded; changes caused by personal factors (visa issues, personal reasons, physical discomfort, etc.) are automatically abandoned and the fee will not be refunded; the losses caused by customs refusal to enter and exit due to personal reasons shall be borne by the package user. Please read the above regulations carefully and be aware of them.

If it is a multi-person trip, the reservation person/package user representative confirms that there is an obtained consent of all other package users to serve as the contracting representative for this package, and the signature of the trustee on the confirmation form and its supplementary terms is recognized by all trustees. If you do not obtain authorization, please do not make an order/sign a contract on behalf of others.

To ensure the safety of minors, it is recommended that minors be accompanied by guardians or the accompanying person hold a guardian's authorization certificate.

Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, ID number, nationality, contact information, etc.) when making a reservation to avoid booking errors and affecting the use of the package. If you provide incorrect information, it will be your own loss.

In order not to delay your time, please arrive at the airport 180 minutes before the departure of the international flight to check in and go through the relevant entry and exit procedures.

2) Please raise any questions and suggestions during the use of the package while abroad so that they can be resolved and improved. Please keep your personal property and pay attention to personal safety.

3) Our company has the right to make reasonable adjustments to the package content such as cars, hotels, and stadiums based on actual conditions such as weather and traffic.

4) This product is provided by BaiGolf Travel Agency (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd./local agency/third-party supplier.

5) If the agreement in the package confirmation or supplementary terms is inconsistent with this electronic page, please refer to the package confirmation/supplementary terms/BaiGolf customer service contact.

6) Please provide a photo of the front page of your passport, confirm the required room type, and pay the full package amount. Please do not purchase air tickets before we issue a confirmation notice to avoid unnecessary losses. If you cancel after confirmation, you will be refunded after deducting the actual expenses.
