1. Parties with fewer than 4 players shall accept pairing arrangements made by the golf club.

2. Please arrive at the club 30 minutes prior to your tee time for check-in. Late arrivals will follow on-site arrangements by the Starter's Desk, and may be denied play.

3. Proper golf attire is required on the course.

4. Golf club pricing policies are subject to change. The confirmed rate upon successful booking shall prevail. Prices for cross-month reservations may be adjusted, subject to final confirmation from our customer service team. Thank you for your understanding.

5. Players shall observe golf etiquette and all rules and regulations of the golf club.

6. Travel insurance is not included. You may arrange insurance on your own. BaiGolf can assist you with insurance application upon request.

7. For travel dates falling on national public holidays, quotations shall be subject to final confirmation by our customer service.

8. Please contact customer service if you require an official invoice.

9. For your safety, the golf club may suspend play temporarily due to typhoons, thunderstorms, course maintenance or other conditions. All decisions shall be subject to official notice from the club.

10. Our company reserves the right to reasonably adjust itinerary arrangements including hotels and golf tee times subject to seasons, holidays, tee time and room availability.
