1. All Prices based on double occupancy; Single Occupancy Surcharge will apply.

2. The single cart supplement: 120 RMB, payment at counter.

3. Additional fee on weekends and holidays.

5. Caddie tips and other personal consumption.

6. An extra second buffet breakfast per room costs an additional 100RMB per serving. A third additional buffet breakfast is charged at 168RMB per person.

This rate shall not apply during 2026 public holidays, Guangzhou Trade Fair periods and weekends (Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Labor Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, etc.)

After successful reservation, please notify us 3 days in advance if you need to cancel or modify your booking; otherwise, the full payment will be forfeited as liquidated damages by the golf course.

The number of special discount packages is limited and available while stocks last. Successful payment upon order placement does not confirm a valid purchase, which shall be subject to secondary confirmation from customer service staff.

【Notes】

1.Our company reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to itineraries including hotels and golf courses based on actual conditions such as seasons, holidays, golf tee times and room availability.

2.Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance for any cancellations and changes, otherwise extra charges will be requested.

3.A group of less than 4 players may be arranged by the club to play with others

4.Please arrive at the club 30 minutes in advance to complete the preparation. If you are late, you need to follow the arrangement of the club, and there is the possibility of not being able to play.

5.Please wear golf attire.

6.Insurance is not included. If required, BaiGolf can provide services.

7.Due to typhoons, thunderstorms, course maintenance and other factors, the club may temporarily close the course to ensure your personal safety, subject to the club's official notice.

8.The pricing is subject to the tee time and hotel room availability as well as the final confirmation from BaiGolf customer service center.

9.The price excludes other expenses such as lunch, dinner and caddie tips. We appreciate your understanding and support.

10.If the itinerary falls on a national statutory holiday, the quotation confirmed by customer service shall prevail. Thank you for your understanding.
