B.C.C. Prepaid Card Terms and Conditions

Article 1  These BaiGolf Prepaid Card Terms and Conditions are formulated in accordance with national laws, regulations, and industry practices for the purposes of adapting to the development of electronic payment services, reducing cash transactions, boosting domestic demand, and promoting economic growth.

Article 2  One yuan of the prepaid value stored in a BaiGolf Prepaid Card shall be equivalent to one Chinese Yuan (CNY).

Article 3  A BaiGolf Prepaid Card may only be used after it has been linked to a BaiGolf member account.

Article 4  BaiGolf Prepaid Cards can be used to pay for orders of products available for booking and online payment on the BaiGolf.com website or BaiGolf App, including golf courses, golf packages (green fee + catering), hotels, and travel services.

Article 5  BaiGolf Prepaid Cards linked to a BaiGolf member account can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period. Except for courses with exclusive benefits, there are no limits on the amount, number of users, or frequency of use for other products.

Article 6  When booking a product, multiple BaiGolf Prepaid Cards can be linked to the same BaiGolf member account for combined payment. Balances in different BaiGolf member accounts cannot be merged.

Article 7  The validity period of BaiGolf Prepaid Cards for sale shall be calculated from the date of issuance.

Article 8  A transaction password must be set when a BaiGolf Prepaid Card is linked to a BaiGolf member account, and the password can be modified by the cardholder at their discretion.

Article 9  Once a BaiGolf Prepaid Card is sold, its scope of use cannot be altered. The card cannot be merged with other cards, is non-reportable if lost, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Article 10  A VAT ordinary invoice shall be issued upon purchase of a BaiGolf Prepaid Card. Application for a VAT special invoice shall be made separately and subject to additional tax surcharges.

Article 11  Cardholders may check the transaction details of their BaiGolf Prepaid Cards online.

Article 12  For orders paid with a BaiGolf Prepaid Card, the policies and regulations governing order changes shall be the same as those applicable to other payment methods.

Article 13  Please keep sensitive information such as the card number and password of your BaiGolf Prepaid Card in a secure place. BaiGolf shall not be liable for any account losses arising from the loss of such sensitive information, and the cardholder shall bear full responsibility for any such losses.

Article 14  Any card purchaser who voluntarily abides by these Terms and Conditions and possesses full capacity for civil conduct may purchase a BaiGolf Prepaid Card by presenting valid identification documents through the BaiGolf Prepaid Card Online Sales Platform (club.baigolf.com) or from BaiGolf's sales department. Valid identification documents for entities refer to documents issued by competent government authorities that can verify their true identity, including but not limited to business licenses, institution legal person certificates, tax registration certificates, organization code certificates, as well as valid identification documents of legal representatives and authorized personnel. Valid personal identification documents include: resident identity cards, military identity documents, passports, travel permits, and other valid documents in compliance with the provisions of laws, administrative regulations, and relevant national documents. Corporate purchases must be processed by the entity's employees and shall be accompanied by valid identification documents of the purchasing entity and the handling personnel in accordance with the regulations of the People's Bank of China.

Article 15  Purchasers of BaiGolf Prepaid Cards shall fill in the Registration Form, and BaiGolf shall complete the registration in accordance with relevant regulations.

Article 16  Prepaid Cards with purchases exceeding a certain amount shall be issued via non-cash payment methods. For corporate purchases with a single transaction amount of 5,000 CNY (inclusive) or more, or individual purchases with a single transaction amount of 50,000 CNY (inclusive) or more, cash payment is prohibited. Payment must be made via bank transfer methods, including checks, bills of exchange, remittances, and online banking transfers.

Article 17  BaiGolf Prepaid Cards purchased offline via check, remittance, or other payment methods will generally be activated and available for linking to a member account within 1–3 working days after the payment is received. In the event of a card return initiated by the cardholder, the company will charge a 10% return fee based on the total face value of the card.

Article 18  BaiGolf Prepaid Cards do not accrue interest, cannot be overdrawn, and cannot be used to obtain cash advances. Consumption using exclusive benefits of the Prepaid Card shall not earn points.

Article 19  When making payments with a BaiGolf Prepaid Card via the website, mobile app, or mobile WAP page, the cardholder must independently enter the transaction password to ensure payment security. For payments made via telephone booking, after the customer service representative places the order, the cardholder must log in to the website, mobile app, or mobile WAP page to enter the transaction password in person. Under no circumstances shall the cardholder disclose the password to customer service representatives for them to enter on the cardholder’s behalf. Cardholders are advised to ensure that the password is not observed by others during entry.

Article 20  All transactions conducted using the transaction password shall be deemed to have been authorized by the cardholder. Electronic records generated from all transactions processed based on electronic information such as passwords shall be regarded as valid proof of such transactions. For services processed by the cardholder via manual telephone calls, the voice records of the card issuer shall serve as valid proof of the services provided.

Article 21  Cardholders shall refrain from disclosing the card number and password of their BaiGolf Prepaid Cards to any third party. BaiGolf shall not be liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of such information, and the cardholder shall bear full responsibility for any such losses.

Article 22  Customers shall carefully verify the details of payments made with their BaiGolf Prepaid Cards.

Article 23  In the event of a return of golf products purchased with a BaiGolf Prepaid Card, BaiGolf shall, after verification, refund the amount to the BaiGolf member account used for payment. The refund processing period is generally 7 working days.

Article 24  BaiGolf shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the cardholder under any of the following circumstances, and the cardholder shall bear full responsibility for such losses:

1.  The cardholder colludes with others to engage in fraudulent or other dishonest conduct.

2.  The cardholder violates national laws and regulations to conduct illegal transactions.

3.  The cardholder refuses to cooperate with BaiGolf in relevant investigations.

Article 25  Rights of BaiGolf

1.  BaiGolf has the right to require purchasers to provide personal or corporate identity information and supporting documents in accordance with national regulations.

2.  BaiGolf has the right to suspend the use of any BaiGolf Prepaid Card that is used in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

3.  BaiGolf reserves the right to unilaterally terminate any free value-added services provided to purchasers without prior notice.

4.  BaiGolf Prepaid Cards shall only be activated and made available for use upon receipt of full payment. Cards collected by customers without payment shall remain locked and inactive. In the event of obvious erroneous recharges, erroneous card issuances, erroneous activations without payment, or system errors due to computer malfunctions, BaiGolf reserves the right to take corrective actions, including freezing or canceling the relevant cards, without prior notice to the purchaser, who shall cooperate with such actions.

5.  BaiGolf has the right to review user registration information and transaction activities. If any issues are identified in the registration information or transaction activities that may lead to adverse consequences, BaiGolf has the right to inquire the user for additional information or take direct action regarding the relevant items, users, or transactions. If a user uses a BaiGolf Prepaid Card to conduct illegal transactions, BaiGolf has the right to terminate the relevant services immediately.

6.  BaiGolf reserves the right to add, reduce, or cancel service types at its discretion, and to refuse or revoke the transaction qualifications of non-compliant users without prior notice.

7.  BaiGolf may charge reasonable transaction fees, which may be adjusted from time to time as the business develops. BaiGolf shall clearly notify users of the transaction fees and any adjustments thereto. Users who do not accept the fee standards or adjustments shall refrain from conducting transactions. Any transaction conducted by a user shall be deemed as acceptance of the applicable fee standards and adjustments.

8.  Users agree that BaiGolf shall not be liable for any damages arising from service interruptions or terminations caused by any of the following circumstances:

    a.  BaiGolf has the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account or password without prior notice if it detects false purchase information, abnormal transactions, suspicious activities, or potential illegal conduct.

    b.  The system is unable to operate normally, resulting in service unavailability for users, including but not limited to:

        i.  Scheduled maintenance periods of BaiGolf’s transaction system.

        ii.  Telecommunication equipment failures that prevent data transmission.

        iii. System malfunctions caused by force majeure events such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, or terrorist attacks.

        iv. Service interruptions or delays caused by hacker attacks, telecommunication technical adjustments or failures, website upgrades, or banking-related issues.

        v.  Service terminations, interruptions, or delays caused by network congestion, computer system failures, maintenance, upgrades, or other unavoidable human factors.

        vi. Service interruptions required by judicial or administrative authorities in accordance with legal procedures.

        vii. Service interruptions necessary to protect public interests.

        viii. Other circumstances that necessitate service interruptions.

9.  To protect the interests of all customers, BaiGolf Prepaid Cards must be purchased through the official BaiGolf website or authorized BaiGolf retail outlets.

10. BaiGolf has the right to refuse the use of any Prepaid Card involved in illegal or non-compliant activities, and to immediately terminate its use or cancel relevant orders if illegal conduct is detected.

Article 28  Obligations of the Issuer

1.  BaiGolf shall provide written materials regarding the use of BaiGolf Prepaid Cards, including these Terms and Conditions, fee items, and user guides, or make such materials available on the club.baigolf.com website.

2.  BaiGolf shall provide services to cardholders through the agreed channels, primarily the club.baigolf.com website and the 400-105-2822 service hotline.

3.  BaiGolf shall be obligated to keep purchasers’ information confidential in accordance with the law, and shall not disclose such information to any entity or individual without the consent of the concerned party, unless otherwise required by laws, regulations, or agreements between the purchaser and the issuer.

4.  BaiGolf shall apply one-way encryption to the card passwords and transaction passwords of BaiGolf Prepaid Cards, and no person shall be able to view or retrieve such passwords through the system. Cardholders may only modify their transaction passwords by resetting them, and shall not be able to retrieve their original passwords. If a card password becomes illegible due to scratching, the system shall automatically send the illegible digits to the cardholder’s mobile phone after identity verification. BaiGolf guarantees that its staff cannot directly access passwords to ensure user password security.

5.  The BaiGolf website shall be obligated to ensure the normal operation of the online transaction platform from a technical perspective and to facilitate the smooth conduct of user transactions.

6.  The BaiGolf website shall be responsible for the security, effectiveness, and real-time performance of the transaction access system. However, BaiGolf shall not be liable for transaction disputes arising from transaction interruptions or errors caused by factors beyond its control, such as communication failures.

7.  BaiGolf shall respond to user inquiries and feedback regarding registration, transactions, or other related issues in a timely manner based on the specific circumstances.

8.  The BaiGolf website shall be obligated to keep confidential the relevant credit information provided by users during registration and purchase, as well as the transaction-related data generated during transactions. However, BaiGolf reserves the right to use such information for communication purposes or to provide it to legally authorized inquiry authorities or third parties as necessary to fulfill transaction instructions. To provide users with high-quality services, BaiGolf reserves the right to allow third-party partners to directly provide value-added services to users on the basis of signed confidentiality agreements. BaiGolf also reserves the right to use the aforementioned information for statistical analysis and internal management purposes.

9.  BaiGolf shall be responsible for providing business consulting services to users and publishing function introductions, frequently asked questions, and other relevant content on its website.

10. BaiGolf shall verify the transaction permissions and identity of users based on relevant factors such as registration information. The BaiGolf website shall not be obligated to verify the actual permissions or identity of users who conduct transactions using properly registered information and related factors.

11. Unless otherwise specified, all intellectual property rights related to the BaiGolf website, its content, and the client-side software provided by BaiGolf (if any) shall be owned by BaiGolf. BaiGolf reserves the right to pursue legal liability against any user for infringement of such intellectual property rights.

Article 29  Rights of Users

1.  Users have the right to use BaiGolf Prepaid Cards in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and to receive the corresponding services.

2.  Users have the right to be informed of the functions, usage methods, fee items, and standards of BaiGolf Prepaid Cards.

3.  Users have the right to submit inquiries or correction requests to the issuer within the specified time limit if they have any doubts about their BaiGolf Prepaid Card transactions.

Article 30  Obligations of Users

1.  Users shall provide true and valid identity information and supporting documents to the issuer, and shall not purchase BaiGolf Prepaid Cards under false identities or using forged or altered identity documents.

2.  Users shall be obligated to provide their true information during registration and ensure the validity and security of such information, including email addresses, contact phone numbers, mailing addresses, and postal codes. Users shall not register or authenticate on the BaiGolf website using the information of others. Users shall also be obligated to update their registration information promptly in the event of any changes. If any incorrect, false, outdated, or incomplete information is provided, or if BaiGolf has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information is incorrect, false, outdated, or incomplete, BaiGolf reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to the user and refuse to allow the user to use part or all of the service functions. BaiGolf shall not be liable for any consequences arising therefrom, and the user agrees to bear all associated risks and liabilities.

3.  Users shall be responsible for keeping their BaiGolf Prepaid Cards in a secure place. Any economic losses resulting from the loss or destruction of a Prepaid Card shall be borne by the user.

4.  Any economic losses incurred by users due to non-compliance with the agreed transaction procedures shall be borne by the user.

5.  Users shall take reasonable measures to prevent their passwords from being stolen or disclosed. Any economic losses resulting from the unauthorized use of a BaiGolf Prepaid Card due to the improper storage of the card number, password, transaction password, or identity information shall be borne by the user. Users shall comply with the following requirements:

    a.  Do not use BaiGolf Prepaid Cards at any locations other than those designated by the issuer.

    b.  Avoid using the same username, card number, and password for registration on other websites to prevent the leakage of the transaction password of the BaiGolf Prepaid Card due to information breaches on other websites.

    c.  Users shall set and keep their own passwords when registering on the BaiGolf website. Avoid using easily guessable information such as names, birthdays, phone numbers, or simple numbers as passwords. Do not disclose self-set passwords to any person, including BaiGolf staff, except as required by law.

Article 31  Users shall not transfer or authorize others to use their BaiGolf Prepaid Cards or their registered user accounts on the BaiGolf website in any form. Users agree to bear all losses resulting from the transfer or authorization of the use of their BaiGolf Prepaid Cards or registered user accounts, and BaiGolf shall not be liable for any such losses.

Article 32  Users warrant that all activities conducted using BaiGolf Prepaid Cards shall comply with national laws, regulations, and public interests or morality. Users shall independently bear all corresponding legal liabilities in their own name for any legal consequences arising therefrom. Users shall not use BaiGolf Prepaid Cards to conduct illegal or improper transactions. Users shall independently bear all consequences and liabilities arising from illegal or improper transactions.

The aforementioned prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

1.  Infringing upon the reputation, privacy, trade secrets, trademark rights, copyrights, patent rights, or other personal or property rights of others.

2.  Using the service under a false identity.

3.  Engaging in any illegal transactions, such as money laundering.

4.  Conducting fictitious transactions without a real transaction background using BaiGolf Prepaid Cards.

5.  Engaging in any activities that may contain computer viruses or that may damage the service system or data.

6.  Other activities that BaiGolf reasonably deems inappropriate.

Users shall be liable for compensating BaiGolf for any damages, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from claims, lawsuits, or other proceedings caused by the user’s violation of the above provisions.

Article 33  Branches of BaiGolf engaged in the handling of BaiGolf Prepaid Card business shall be deemed as relevant institutions for the processing of BaiGolf Prepaid Card business, and all cardholders shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Article 34  Any disputes arising between BaiGolf, authorized sales agents, BaiGolf Prepaid Cardholders, and other relevant institutions involved in the processing of BaiGolf Prepaid Card business shall be resolved in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and relevant laws and regulations.

Article 35  These Terms and Conditions are formulated, revised, and interpreted by BaiGolf. Any revisions to these Terms and Conditions shall be announced on the website and other channels.

Article 36  Users who do not accept the revisions to these Terms and Conditions by BaiGolf have the right to terminate the use of services provided by BaiGolf. Continued use of BaiGolf’s services by users shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Article 37  Purchasers may access the latest version of these Terms and Conditions on the club.baigolf.com website, or request a copy from BaiGolf when purchasing a card. Purchasers may also request to sign a separate card purchase agreement with BaiGolf. Matters not specified in the card purchase agreement shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the card purchase agreement and these Terms and Conditions, the card purchase agreement shall prevail.

Article 38  These Terms and Conditions, together with all subsequent business operation rules formulated by BaiGolf, shall constitute an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and shall have the same legal effect.

Article 39  Any party that violates the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and causes damages to the other party shall be liable for breach of contract and shall compensate the other party for the resulting losses in accordance with the law.

Article 40  If a party suffers damages due to the other party’s violation of these Terms and Conditions, the aggrieved party shall take reasonable measures to prevent the expansion of losses. Reasonable expenses incurred in preventing the expansion of losses shall be borne by the breaching party. If the aggrieved party fails to take reasonable measures to prevent the expansion of losses, the breaching party shall not be liable for the increased portion of the losses.

Article 41  In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and national laws or regulations, the applicable laws and regulations shall prevail.

Article 42  Matters not covered in these Terms and Conditions shall be handled in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations, rules, and industry practices.

Article 43  Prior to purchasing and using a BaiGolf Prepaid Card, the user confirms that they have read all the provisions of these Terms and Conditions in detail, have no objections to any of the provisions, and have an accurate and correct understanding of the rights, obligations, liability limitations, and exemption clauses involved in these Terms and Conditions.

Article 44  If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid for any reason, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected.

Article 45  The competent court for disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be the People’s Court of Tianhe District, Guangzhou City.

Article 46  These Terms and Conditions shall take effect on the date of the official launch of the BaiGolf Prepaid Card product.
