This is necessary for them to verify your identity, confirm your order, and ultimately provide the booking and related services to you.  

Before sharing your information, the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform strictly complies with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform Privacy Policy. We require service providers to fully fulfill their obligations regarding personal information protection, ensuring that they only process your personal information for the purpose of providing services. They are prohibited from transferring, sharing, or using your personal information for any other purposes without your consent. If you have any concerns regarding the handling of your personal information, please contact us as guided by the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform Privacy Policy. You may delete, modify, or withdraw your personal information at any time.

In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law, the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform discloses the following matters regarding the processing of your personal information in transactions conducted on this platform:  

(1) Name and Contact Information of the Personal Information Processor  

When you book golf, hotel accommodations, or other services through the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform, your personal information will be provided to the operators of online booking services, golf booking agents, hotel booking agents, and hotel operators. You can check the company name and business license information of the operators at the bottom of the booking page. You can also find the hotel's name and contact information on the hotel details page.  

(2) Purpose, Method, Type, and Retention Period of Personal Information Processing  

To complete the booking and facilitate the use of the booked services, when you book golf or hotel accommodation services, your name and mobile number (for receiving booking information) will be collected and provided to the service provider. Any order information containing personal data will be retained for the minimum period required by law.  

(3) Explanation of Number Protection Services  

1. To ensure transaction security, protect service experiences, and handle service disputes, during the booking and fulfillment of certain orders, when you make or receive calls with golf courses or hotels, we may enable number protection services, preventing golf courses or hotels from viewing your actual phone number.  

   - During the order service process, your contact number may be converted into a virtual number before being provided to the hotel. The hotel can contact you via the virtual number, and you can return the call using the same virtual number.  

   - However, if you dial the hotel's phone number directly from the booking page as guided in Section (1), the hotel will still see your real number.  

   - In necessary cases, such as when the golf course or hotel provides evidence that you violated facility regulations, we may disclose your real phone number to them for direct communication. Any legal disputes arising from this must be resolved between you and the golf course or hotel, and we assume no legal responsibility.  

2. Calls made using number protection services may be recorded during dialing or answering. The BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of both parties in the communication. The recorded information will be stored within China and used only in the following scenarios:  

   - (1) If a dispute arises regarding a hotel order service, BaiGolf may retrieve and use the recorded information as a reference to help resolve the dispute.  

   - (2) If a legally authorized agency requests the recording according to statutory procedures, or if one party in the recording provides a legal document issued by a judicial authority requesting retrieval.  

3. Special Note: The number protection service is subject to limitations due to network stability, current technological constraints, and applicable legal regulations. In some cases, call recording or storage may fail, or recording may not be possible, and the BaiGolf website/BaiGolf platform cannot guarantee full applicability of the service.
